This spectacular cameo profile displays a woman wearing a diamond necklace, adorned with diamond hair jewelry. The cameo measures 45mm in size framed in an intricate handmade filigree setting made of white 14kt gold. As well as a pin there is a foldown bale for pendant wear if desired.
