This is a lovely antique diamond cameo made from shell. The cameo is a handcarved profile of of woman wearing a diamond necklace and adorned with diamond hair jewelry. The cameo measures 45mm and was framed in a hand designed filigree mounting made of white 14kt gold. The back has a foldown bale for pendant wear if desired.Circa early 1900's. |
