This antique portrait cameo pin was handcarved from shell. It displays a woman in profile wearing a gold heart shaped necklace with a center old mine diamond. The cameo was mounted in a handmade filigree frame made of 14kt white gold with an octagonal shape. The pin has a foldown for pendant wear if desired. |
