This gorgeous gold compact was made of 14kt yellow gold. It has a raised textured gold tuxedo stripe design with a classy art deco motif closure containing rubies and diamonds. The compact opens to a mirrored inner case with a powder screen and puff. A wonderful accessory from yesteryear for a lady who has everything. Circa 1940. The compact comes with a protective cover.
