This beautiful antique cameo was handcarved from shell. It is a portrait of a lady in profile. The lady's dress and hair are beautifully detailed with a carved decorative motif of leaves and grapes. The cameo was framed in a 14kt yellow gold mounting with a loop design and can also be worn suspended from a chain.
