This beautiful diamond filigree watch is circa early 1920's and was made of 18kt white gold. The watch was hand engraved and designed with a filigree watch head that was set with a total of twelve (12) diamonds in beaded boxes. It has a metal elasticized Spiedel band for comfortable wear.
