This beautiful antique cameo was handcarved from shell with beautiful detail. It is a carving of a woman in profile wearing a diamond necklace. The cameo was set in an ornate 14kt white gold frame with a filigree cutout design. There is a foldown bale so that this cameo can be worn as a pin or a pendant. |
