This ladies light blue Star Sapphire ring was made in 14kt yellow gold. The mounting was made in a textured dome style that holds a center 10.37 carat genuine Blue Star Sapphire stone. Flanked on either side are two faceted blue sapphires for a total of four. This beautiful cocktail ring is circa 1960's and looks great on the hand.
