This wonderful brushed gold heart was made in 14kt yellow gold. It has a smooth texture with a brushed gold finish. This heart has been designed with (13)round brilliant full cut diamonds set within the gold walls of the heart. The diamonds are very fine quality, having excellent color and clarity. Completing the heart design are two (2) beautiful cultured pearls which meet at the top as the heart joins together measuring 7mm in size.
